For car wash operators

A platform for car wash businesses — not a payment processor.

WashPass provides the kiosk software, the customer mobile app, and the tools operators use to run a wash. Payments run through each operator's own Stripe account. WashPass charges a platform fee on top.

How the money works

The plain facts, stated the way a payments reviewer needs to see them.

Who holds the money

Each operator connects their own Stripe account. The operator is the merchant of record and is paid directly by Stripe. WashPass never holds customer or operator funds.

What WashPass charges

WashPass takes a platform fee on transactions processed through the operator's own account. There is no separate WashPass checkout and no WashPass-branded charge on a customer's statement.

What operators get

Kiosk software for the wash bay, a customer-facing mobile app, and the tools to run wallet balances, QR redemptions, and per-site reporting.

A customer reloads their wallet in the app. The charge goes directly to the operator's own Stripe account, with WashPass's platform fee taken automatically as part of that charge. The operator reconciles their own revenue the same way they always have — WashPass adds the software layer on top, it doesn't sit between the operator and their bank.

Every operator gets their own brand

This is WashPass's real sign-in screen, live at Lilac Car Wash. The logo, the name, the purple — all Lilac's, not WashPass's. WashPass is white-label: operators run the app and kiosk under their own name and colors. There's no separate "WashPass" storefront layered on top for customers to see — the platform sits underneath, out of view, the same way the Stripe account underneath it does.

Built by people who run washes

WashPass is built and operated by the same team behind Lilac Car Wash, which runs five wash locations in New Hampshire. The platform runs those washes today, before it's offered to anyone else — every feature on this page is in production use, not a roadmap.
